[WISH FORMULA] C200 Bubble Peeling Pad: Review

A while ago, Jolse announced that they were recruiting 30 reviewers for Wish Formula special kit, so since I have had just tried the Wish Formula I'm Pro Ampoule Pad C (check my review here), and although I don't think I'm gonna repurchase it again I liked the concept and would absolutely love to try more of their products, so of course I applied for Jolse's offer (I mean, why not?), but unfortunately I wasn't chosen..

So since I wasn't expecting anything, I was really surprised (and excited) when I found this little Wish Formula reviewing set waiting in my mailbox.

I don't know what's wrong with my skin lately becoming all bumpy and uneven, that's why I thought it might need some exfoliation and nourishment, and decided to try the Wish Formula C200 Bubble Peeling Pad first.

Description and claims:

Dual Peeling System with Fermented Peeling Pad & Solution (Patent) removes skin impurities and dead cells. Pure Vitamin C 200mg and Fermented Botanical Extracts deeply absorb into resurfaced skin after exfoliation for Brightened & Glowing skin. It is designed to work as Professional SPA Program (Facial Peel + Vitamin Treatment) but yet easy for everyone to use at home.

How it works:
Vitamin C is rich in antioxidant power which can aid in the managing and eliminating of free radical damage while boost cell turnover. Vitamin C is known to help in the lightening of dark spots, acne scarring, and post inflammatory hyper pigmentation (PIH). AHAs (alpha-hydroxy acids) are efficacious, naturally occurring acids often found in the chemical peels of dermatology clinics. In this pad, the AHA is at a daily-dose level to minimize irritation. AHA's melt away dead surface cells, working to brighten dark spots and uneven complexions. Over time, these exfoliants can help to brighten dull complexions and dark spots, increase cell turnover, and remove dead surface skin cells that contribute to dullness and fine lines. Hyaluronic acid locks moisture into the skin, making this ideal for even dry skin types.

Content: One pad soaked in 15ml of product.

Water, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamide DEA, Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Glycerin, Dipropylene Glycol, Ascorbic Acid, Lactobacillus/Olive Leaf Ferment Extract, Saccharomyces/Peppermint Leaf Ferment Filtrate, Lactobacillus/Clover Flower Ferment Extract, Hyaluronic Acid, Polyglutamic Acid, Apium Graveolens (Celery) Extract, Brassica Oleracea Capitata (Cabbage) Leaf Extract, Oryza Sativa (Rice) Extract, Solanum Lycopersicum (Tomato) Fruit/leaf/stem Extract, Brassica Rapa (Turnip) Leaf Extract, Daucus Carota Sativa (Carrot) Root Extract, Brassica Oleracea Italica (Broccoli) Extract, Arginine, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder, DMDM Hydantoin

How to use:

Packaging: 10/10

The pad comes housed in a white/yellow sachet with instructions on the back with both Korean and English languages.

The scent: 9/10

When you rip the sachet off, you are hit by a strong artificial yet delicious lemon scent. I really love this scent but it might bother you if you have a sensitive nose.

The pads: 9/10

Inside the sachet, you'll find a double sided pad soaked in a lot of product that foams up when you squeeze it. This pad kinda looks like a larger inversed airpuff, with the soft sponge side facing the handle and the rough exfoliating side facing away.

The effects: 9.5/10

I washed my face with my usual cleanser, squeezed this a couple of times then started rubbing my face with the rough side for about 2-3 minutes like mentioned on the packaging. It did a good job removing my dead skin cells and revealing new ones. Once I was done with this side, I Flipped over the band part to pat the essence into my skin with the sponge side, and I could feel a slight stinging sensation, nothing major but I would absolutely advise for people with sensitive skin to patch test on their wrist or something before using it (the rough side might be too rough as well if you have a delicate skin).
After washing it off, my skin felt a little bit tight but I didn't mind since it looked way more less bumpy and dull, and was really glowing instead. I've used many peeling gels and scrubs before but none of them have ever left my skin this radiant! I absolutely love it.
After few hours, I could notice that the little pimples on my forehead decreased a lot and I could finally feel my old smooth forehead again ♥ , hopefully my skin is done acting up, I suffered enough throughout this last week or so.
(In the following pics, It's the same side of my face, I forgot to select "save as flipped" option while taking the before pic.)

Do I recommend it?

Yes!! It really does a great job scrubbing off all the dead skin cells to make your skin look glowing, radiant and much much less bumpy. That being said, I think it might be too harsh for people with sensitive skin so better stay away from it.
